International and Community Programs Manager

Pacific Academy is seeking applications from qualified individuals for an International/Community Programs Manager.  This is a full-time position that is especially busy during the summer months.  This position is best suited for someone who can work both independently and as a team member to manage the varied responsibilities of these programs. 

Candidates must:

  • Support a Pentecostal / Charismatic statement of faith and participate in a local church
  • Be willing to submit to a Criminal Record Check
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Have strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Have 3+ years of management experience

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree and /or TESOL certification preferable
  • A business-minded vision for the strategy and development of all community programs
  • Provides leadership to all aspects of Pacific Academy’s International and Community programs
  • Liaises with agents to create an excellent International experience for all teams
  • Recruits and oversees homestay responsibilities
  • Oversees admissions processes, programs, activities, and academic support services for all International students
  • Responsible for financial reporting and over sight for all areas of the budget
  • A team player skilled at coordinating and communicating with a wide range of team members
