Coordinator, International Education

Pacific Academy is seeking applications from qualified individuals for a coordinator for our International Education Program. This is a 0.7 FTE, full-year position while Covid restrictions are in place. However, growth opportunities may be available when travel restrictions are lifted. This position is best suited for someone who can work both independently and as a team member to oversee the varied responsibilities of this program.


Candidates must:

  • Support a Pentecostal / Charismatic statement of faith and participate in a local church

  • Be willing to submit to a Criminal Record Check

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills 

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

  • Have strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

  • Have experience working with International students and programs


Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree and /or TESOL certification preferable

  • Provides leadership to all aspects of Pacific Academy’s International programs

  • Liaises with agents to create an excellent International experience for all teams

  • Recruits and oversees homestay responsibilities

  • Oversees admissions processes, programs, activities, and academic support services for all International students

  • Responsible for financial reporting and over sight for all areas of the budget 

  • A team player skilled at coordinating and communicating with a wide range of team members
