Pacific Academy is seeking a team member to lead the development and implementation of Communications engagement. This is a 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, year-round position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to Christian values, and a proven track record in coordinating alumni initiatives.
Responsibilities include connecting with alumni, organizing events, and growing partnerships.
Based on the depth and relevance of work experience, qualifications, skillset, the FTE the range for this position is $75,000-$90,000.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and designs social media communications to the PA Community
- Develops, coordinates and evaluates programs and projects to promote alumni engagement
- Plans, coordinates, and attends events, meetings, or other activities
- Identifies, cultivates, and stewards alumni and volunteers. Helps current volunteer base identify potential new volunteers and future leadership.
- Collaborates with other staff on programs which engage alumni through multiple channels
- Coordinates and produces reports, proposals, and analyses for management including post-event reports and recommendations.
- Collaborates and communicates with Pacific Academy staff to share information on events and alumni engagement opportunities.
- Coordinates and trains volunteers who work on events, projects and programs.
- Represents Pacific Academy at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs.
- Serves on committees relating to alumni engagement, and serves as liaison between PA and the community.
- May supervise and train staff, student employees, volunteers, and/or interns, as appropriate.
Candidates must:
- Support a Pentecostal / Charismatic statement of faith and participate in a local church
- Provide a current Criminal Record Check
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess competence in Microsoft Office Suites and/or Google Suites
- Have strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- At least 2 years or equivalent experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
