In line with the general philosophy of Pacific Academy, the middle school division emphasizes the need to reach out to others. Christ, throughout His life on earth, put the needs of others first. It is our strong conviction that people only become who God wants them to be when they accept His love and then pass it on to others. The school encourages students to take every opportunity to be involved in outreach and service.
Specific middle school outreach efforts include:
Collecting small change each week to support schools which Pacific Academy sponsors in developing countries
Reaching out to the local community in projects such as recycling, visiting seniors homes, helping in day-cares and food banks, ministering in small churches, collecting and distributing used clothing for the underprivileged, buddying with younger students
Making books and charts for schools which Pacific Academy sponsors in developing countries
Collecting items for the "shoe box" project to aid children in countries under crisis
